I love on how simple it is to use it. After charging. I tried it inside the room and living room. Works great. Leaving the house smelling good and the greatest thing is that it works easily. Would definitely recommend this.

Devise keeps turning off after around 30 seconds, light keeps flashing and then it turns off by itself!Waste of money

Got it delivered on 30 April 2024.I used it for less than 30 times.Now it's not working, no heating.It is fully charged.Once put ON, I can hear some sound but no heating.

Worked fine initially but then even after charging it kept blinking a red light and wouldn't work properly anymore

It works only for 60 sec ,the incense barley start to smoke!!!I can’t tell if it is how it is designed or if just not working!!

I am someone who has been burning Bukhoor on a daily basis since 2013 when I was first introduced to it while visiting Dubai and since then I have tried several incense burners and by far this has been the best product I have ever used. I have used this product in many different scenarios such as using it in my cars, home office and in the kitchen while cooking. I love the portability and how compact this burner is; I can easily carry it anywhere with me. Also, I love the ease of use and how a single charge can last 9+ uses. The built-in powerful fan easily distributes the smell evenly and the cleans up very easily. It’s a perfect incense burner to use in cars as it fits perfectly in the cup holder. It doesn’t produce any harsh chemical smell and burns the incense smoothly. I highly recommend this product over any other portable electrical incense burner in the market, you will not be disappointed. Worth having at home or car. The product is a bit expensive but has so far worked very well. The only issue observed is the duration for which it works it cuts off very fast and hence one has to restart it again to ensure the bakhoor (aromatic ingredients) is fully utilised.

The product is fabulous, however, it should come with pice of oud as part of the complete package. I seen the complete package on different sites included with oud sample.
