Anne Frank (National Geographic Kids Readers, Level 3)

My 8 year old daughter chose Anne Frank for a research paper but her library didn’t have a book that was age appropriate for her to read. I found this and she loved it! It was her level of reading and had a lot of age appropriate facts. This book helped her love Anne Frank and learn some important history. I recommend this for any child.

Got this for my third grader. We homeschool and I purchased an Anne Frank unit from teachers pay teachers that used this book. My son loved learning about her this book was a huge part of that. Perfect for young readers.

My daughter did a Biography report on Anne Frank. She was 8 and in 2nd grade. This was a perfect book to read with her.

A nice introduction to Anne Frank. Great for younger readers or those with reading difficulties. The photos add to the comprehension and are not visually overloading.

this book is a great overview for younger kiddos with little to no knowledge of Anne Frank. It provides good information without too many spooky details.

Excellent book - age appropriate for 12 yrs and older. Children the same age as Anne Frank would benefit from reading this book. Also, discussions with parents about this book would be excellent teaching on the lessons we need to learn from history.

My grand daughter of 4 has become obsessed with Anne Frank (around VE day). I think it is that she can relate to being cooped up in a loft (home) with no friends and the enemy (virus!) around. So I bought this book for her and it has become an absolute favourite for her dad and mom to read to her, made a lot more easy to imagine with the good pictures. It certainly was a good buy and has been read at least 4 times!

It is a good volume for a brief description of Anne Frank and ;plenty of pictures and diagrams of her life style. It is a wonderful volume for children who know little about her. It is still a good expression of the anti-semitism which was so difficult then and can still be today

I purchase these for my grandchildren. They really enjoy these books, as they are geared to children who are learning to read. The rating system is fantastic, and really does help you decide which level your child is reading at, and their ability to understand what they are reading. Fantastic books.
