I don't ever write reviews, but I had to write one for this because I want this brand to continue making this cereal. I will be devasted if they stop making this cereal. Here are a few key points about this cereal:1) Yes, it is pricey, but as someone who follows a low-carb diet, this is not an everyday food. I see this as a treat, and keto foods tend to be higher in price. I rather buy a little more expensive keto cereal that I actually enjoy versus eating something that is "okay."2) Yes, this cereal is hard! I personally love super crunchy cereal, so this is perfect for me! If you like everything about this, but the texture/crunch, if you let your cereal sit in your milk for a little bit, it will get softer. If you're consuming as a dry cereal, maybe let it sit in your mouth before chewing?3) Yes, this is very sweet! I would say that it's a similar sweetness level to Magic Spoon (I think they are very sweet too), but it has a less stevia aftertaste. The erythritol flavor/coolness is prominent in this product, but not to the point it would bother me (I'm very picky). Again, if you're using unsweetened plant milk, it balances it out perfectly! As a dry snack, maybe combine with some nuts to mellow it out.4) I wouldn't say this has a particular "honey" flavor since honey is really tough to nail down, but it's better than the Magic Spoon honey flavor and definitely a better flavor than Catalina Crunch's honey graham!I prefer this cereal over Magic Spoon, Catalina Crunch, Highkey, and Schoolyard! This doesn't have the overwhelming sweetness to cover up for really bad whey flavor, and it is sturdy enough to keep the crunch in a bowl of milk like Catalina Crunch, but without the pea protein flavor. I highly recommend this product and I'm hoping they will come out with a chocolate peanut butter flavor and/or a berries flavor (like Captian Crunch berries) soon!

I should begin by saying that I LOVE sweets. I’m that person who scoops frosting out of the can and eats it straight- THE ENTIRE CAN!!! I get cupcakes and take most of the cake off to just enjoy the intense sugary flavor of the frosting! I’m no stranger to sweet, to the extreme kind of sweet- I also bake with Xylitol and chew Xylitol gum, so I’m used to alternative sugars.This cereal, however is so sweet, but strangely so. It’s like it punched me in my mouth and left a cooler sensation. I don’t eat cereal with milk, so it may be subdued, but who knows. Also, because I don’t eat this with milk, it’s super hard. Like Captain Cruch scrape the skin off the roof of your mouth kind of hard.It’s silly that there’s no return policy for this item. It’s like they know how terrible it tastes, so they have to protect their sales with this policy.Yuck.

I don't eat these in milk, bc it doesn't have the light crispy texture of a cereal. These are actually pretty hard. I eat them like trail mix, and they have an oddly cooling taste. Not sure I will buy again, bc I was looking for a cereal substitute, but this one definitely tastes better than any of the other Keto cereal.

My husband loves cereal, so I have been trying out different kinds looking for one that he really enjoys. Magic Spoon is good occasionally, but he wants some variety. We tried this last week, first dry from the package and then in a bowl with some milk. The first thing we noticed when they're dry is that while the flavor is good, the nuggets were extremely firm, almost like rocks. I was initially grateful for this, as I thought it would help keep the cereal from getting soggy in the bowl. Then we tried it with milk. Oh boy, was it a BIZARRE experience. The outer "shell" was still a little crispy, while the inside turned to complete mush. My husband made quite a face when he tried it, and it was an instant "no" for him. We both agreed that it is probably better enjoyed by the handful and dry, without the corrupting influence of the milk. That being said, we probably will not buy it again.

There is no flavor. Definitely not anything resembling honey nut. The cereal has a weird cooling sensation when eaten dry. With almond milk that sensation seems to disappear. I did some research and this flavor from this brand does not kick you out of ketosis which is a bonus!! There are other keto friendly cereals out there but most have non keto approved ingredients or not enough fat/calorie/carb macros or ratios and thus do not actually work with a keto diet.

I liked this cereal as a topper for my açaí bowl so I could add extra protein to my lunch. If you eat it alone it is very crunchy and there is an after taste but it’s one of the better keto items I have tried

This cereal is quite delicious. It ticks all the boxes for me in terms of flavor, sweetness, and crunch. I love that it is sugar-free and has 9 mg of protein for half a cup and only 100 calories. I was concerned that 1/2 cup might leave me hungry, but in addition to the high protein, it is also high fiber so it was quite filling. I confess it makes a nice TV snack too, but again I find 1/2 cup is enough for the snack attack. It does have a light almond flavor which I really enjoyed. I’ll be buying this again.

I’ve been looking for a decent-tasting Keto breakfast cereal. This cereal is not it. It’s hard as a rock and has a bitter aftertaste. I won’t be buying this again!Edit-Perfect Keto’s Customer Service reached out to me and offered me a refund. I was not expecting this and really appreciated this. Even though I didn’t like their cereal, I do buy their exogenous ketones, which I like. I will continue to support the other products that I have purchased from them in the past.
