It’s common knowledge that men struggle to talk about their feelings. It’s not common knowledge how to help. This book offers hints and tips to improve communication by men about their mental health. Ideal for anyone struggling, or anyone who’s partner is struggling.

Sensible, useful, to the point
I got this book for my husband as the more under pressure he is the less he talks. I read it first so that I am better able to support him during times of stress. I wish I had read it years ago as it's really helpful as its content is so much more relevant to supporting my husband than the mindfulness type books I read.
