We have been using these to teach our daughter how to drink from a cup since 6 months old. In the past 3 months, she has slammed them on the table, on her high chair tray, and thrown them on the floor without one even cracking. They're very tough and I highly recommend them. If you plan to use them for your baby, they're the perfect size for chubby little hands.

Been using these for years. Cheap, good size for regular spirits as well as sake, soju given slightly bigger than regular shot glasses. Can easily stack up to 4 of them for easy storage. Very sturdy.

I purchased these glasses to use for my daughter who we are raising using the Montessori approach. That means that we give the child real items to use. One being a cup to drink from. My daughter started with this cup as a 7 month old and now has no issues using her cup to drink water or juice from. One of my glasses did have a chip in it when it arrived so we had to put that one away but the IKEA name and brand is high quality. She has dropped these (on carpet) and we haven't seen a break. They are small and convenient enough also for me to put dips or condiments in (I didn't need to buy any extra dishes at a gathering recently). I don't drink alcohol but these would work well as a little larger shot glass (more than one ounce). We are pleased and would like purchase more in store (the price online seems to be more than these go for in store).

Love these little glasses for Montessori-style parenting. Our 1 year old learned to drink from them and despite being dropped and occasionally thrown, none have broken in several months. You can get them much cheaper from IKEA, but if you’re not near a store and get prime shipping this is worth it.

These were not actually shot glasses, more like a short version of a regular glass. Had a family member run to an actual IKEA to get the correct size for only $2.99

We got our complete set at our local IKEA store when we lived in Arizona. These glasses have held up well, but even they couldn't survive my wife dropping them repeatedly on the floor. These were purchased as replacements. These are nice heavy glasses like you would see in a better restaurant. We are VERY satisfied with their price and durability.
