Manuka honey
Very tasty. I give it to my dog as good for gastric problems. It's the recommended strength.

Very thick
I’ll admit I am no expert when it comes to honey, i know even less about Manuka honey so i was pleased to order this and see what the fuss is all about.I ordered this in 83 MGO, costing approx. £15 for 250g, equating to about £60 per kilo (at the time of review) which for me is not only expensive for honey but also compared to other brands is still expensive. As honey should it tastes just like it, it is a light toffee colour and very thick, is very nice spread thinly on toast, stirred into tea or used for cooking. I am told this stuff is good for the immune system but i don’t use honey enough to notice the difference. This type of honey is too niche for me and wouldn’t buy it again.

Manuka honey is well known for its health benefits. At the time of review small 250g jar of honey cost £13.65 . Fairly good price for manuka honey. But strength of MGO is rather low at 83+. Jar is made of plastic not glass. Expiry date- 2026.Honey is dark gold in colour and creamy in consistency. Flavor is delicious but probably not to everybody's taste. It is rather strong herbal than sweet, comparing to other honey. My husband said that it remains him of cough mixture. Anyway I think that it is lovely in taste. And is perfect on its own, spread on the toast or added into tea. Recommended.

Very flavourful and a good price.
I absolutely adore honey in anything, much prefer it to sugar as flavours of honey are endless. Manuka honey has a very specific flavour that is really lovely, it’s also supposed to be really healthy as well. The SuperLife Manuka honey comes in a 250g jar, it is a pure and certified Manuka Honey so not an imitation. The MGO (and UMF of 5+) on this honey is 83, apparently the higher MGO the more health benefits and anti-bacterial properties. I’m not really an expert in regards to that, I’m just in it for the flavour. The flavour is amazing, sweet almost caramel and very floral. Really unique and nothing like the commercially available honey. The current price at the time of writing the review is £19.50. The price might seem high but really is not. Manuka Honey is only produced in New Zealand and Australia, unlike the honey that is readily available in the shops, which is usually just a blend of honeys from different countries.Overall I’m loving this honey. It’s super tasty, it goes well with different types of teas, mixed with yoghurt or on toast. There are endless possibilities really. It’s healthy and good for you. The price is much better than what you would normally pay in high street stores. Highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Nice flavour
This does have a very nice flavour. It does taste very natural and is one of the nicest honeys that I have tried.I haven't noticed any extra health benefits from consuming this though.

Can be eaten straight for the jar
Comes in a dark plastic screw top jar which is securely sealed. The pot is 250g. It comes with a really good best before date with it being Nov 2026. Easy to use and consume, it can be eaten straight out the jar. Great sweet tasting which doesnt disappoint. It had a rich aroma and flavour, different to your standard supermarket honey. People tend to use manuka honey for its health benefits and properties. Rich in amino acids vitamins b and c, antioxidants, minerals, proteins and bioactive compounds. Its a good go to super food. It's also great at soothing sore throats and eading coughs. True manuka honey has 2 ratings. The tub had a 83+ mgo rating, mgo is the source of the honeys antibacterial properties and a potency measure. The higher the mgo, the stronger the concentration. It has a 5 umf rating; unique manuka factor, its an indicator of quality and purity of the manuka honey. Its usually graded up to 25. So with it being 5, it's a fairly low grade, for daily injestion. As with all honeys, it's not suitable for children under 1. With each pot having 50 x 5g servings, it's perfect for daily consumption. It taste great and really reasonably priced.

Great quality and taste
This raw and unpasteurised manuka honey is golden liquid in a jar- it has rich colour and mild, sweet and floral taste. Great for using while having colds or to sweeten up your daily smoothes. Bit pricey but good quality honey with benefits to your health and immune system.
