Cow bone 4" long needlepoint laying tool, wand or hair ornament

It's beautifully crafted. Feels good in the hand and works well as a laying tool. It doesn't feel fragile, but I am afraid to drop it. It may be sturdier than I think it is because it is bone, but I would hate to break such a pretty thing. I am enjoying it.
