I've been wanting to make springerle cookies for a long long while. With every cup of coffee over the years I've reminisced of the days my aunt would make these.Though my execution of the recipe needs some tweaks, they still turned out fine.You need to apply a decent amount of pressure to get the patterns to work, but without spending a lot more money, this works well enough.
