Wow super tough and worth the hard work. This kit comes with a pry bar that makes installation easier. You basically need gorilla type strength and a crew that will cheer you and and believe in you to get this thing on. I am 6’ and 220 and it was really hard work to get it on. I used a spray bottle with soap to get the old one off and the new one on. Some people say you need a long flat blade to help get the new one on and I found it just gets in the way. I did the back one first and am saving the front one for another day as it took forty minutes to do and I was completely covered in sweat when I finished. The important thing is to just do it. I know you can. I was just about to give up and tried a different approach like the picture above, originally I was trying to pry the will onto the tire then I turned it over, with the tire on top and started prying it on. Once I got it on it was only a little more prying to get it aligned just right. If I can do, you can do it. Now go order it and put it on. I put mine on a gotrax gxl v2.

Kids kept blowing out the stock tubes and they are very hard to install. This went pretty quick as long as you use two people and have the tire in boiling water.

Tough to put on but I used the microwave method no problems on install.I have had these tires for roughly 8 months they are awsome. Travel 6 miles to work 6 miles home. The treads are still great.They withstood heavy rains and puddles etc not one problem. Bumpy rides but not really that bad of a jarring unless you hit a decent size object.Word of caution if you hit something pretty good check your tires not sure what I hit but it cracked the tire at the hub and above it.Ordered myself 2 sets of tires just in case this should happen again got 2 days until I get them. So I am super cautious atm when riding rather not have the tire split and crash.

After going through a couple of tubes I did my research and ended up buying these tires for my scooter. I use it for work to and from the parking lot. I YouTube’d a couple videos and figured out how to put them on pretty quick.The easiest way is to remove the old tire first obviously, then boil the new solid tire in water for around 15-20 minutes, you won’t hurt the tire. Remove it from water and spray WD40 on it then simply slide it on the rim and work the tire around the rim till it’s fitted. That’s it ! Literally took me total time 25 minutes. I’m happy with the tires. Best price around also.

Worked perfect for the Gotrax RIVAL Scooter.Filled a metal garbage pan on a Turkey Fryer base.Waited for a rolling boil and placed one tire for 20 minutes flipping 10 minutes in to finish on the opposite side for a remaining 10 minutes.Removed the tire and got one spot in the rim. I then rotated the three spoons that came in the Neiko 14.5” tire spoon kit.I did have a 2nd person help with one extra flat head screw driver in 2 different spots as I rotated the 3 spoons.After it slipped on, I did need to take a flathead screwdriver and put on the side that the bead was in the rim, took a 2nd screwdriver and helped to coax the bead into the other side.After 20 minute boil, took about 10 minutes to get the tire on the rim.
