ikris Retractable Garden Water Hose Reel + 25 Foot Hose, 1/2" Diameter

I sent this product back the day it arrived. I mounted the reel in my garage.The first thing to go wrong was that it kept leaking at the hose bib. When I tightened the nut on the supply hose, the hose would turn with the nut causing the washer to deform creating the leak. The fix - hold the brass fitting on the hose while tightening the nut. The result was a cut on my finger from the sharp flange on the supply hose. The leak did, however, stop.Next I tried to extend the hose. The spring is so stiff that the entire hose reel split down the back seam and flew off the mounting bracket. The hose reel is very light weight and the spring is too strong to work correctly.It's a good idea and a nice size (25 ft hose) in the right setting, but my experience was no good.

This water hose reel is the greatest thing EVER! I hired a handyman to install it, and it took him almost no time to attach it. I love how easily I can pull out the length of hose I need, and then how easily it retracts with just a gentle tug. It's neat and compact and perfect for my small patio. I plan on buying one of these as a house warming gift for my daughter and her husband when they buy their house, only I'll need to get them one of the larger sizes. They've seen mine and were impressed. I highly recommend this product. I know you'll love it as much as I do.

Works perfectly! The mounting tube that holds the unit to the wall bracket goes through the top of the unit, through the wall bracket and through the bottom of the unit. Very securely mounted! Swivels on the mounting tube very easily. The hose is lightweight, but adequate. The black cover comes off, so I think hose replacement would not be a problem.I had a few questions regarding the unit, I emailed customer service and got a response from Jon in less than 3 hours. I consider that great customer service!

I'm very pleased with this purchase. The hose reel is small, sleek and attractive and works as described. I can now keep the hose I use for watering around my patio and beyond neat and put away.I would have given 5 stars, but I think the hose is a bit hard to pull out from the reel when retracted.

very skinny hose, be gentle, it's not made with very thick plastic. The top "cap" won't stay on and flies off if you retract it too fast and what' crazy is I never opened it in the first place, it came open on it's own then popped off and now doesn't stay.....you get what you pay for

I first bought one to see how it will work, now I owned 3 of them very happy with them, only bad thing is one of the hoses, (the 75 feet i think ) doesn't retract all the way in to where the ball is.I had tried several different water hose holder and after at least 6 different brands so far this is my favorite

This is the best garden hose ever! Love the fact it retracts with little effort and that I don't have a tangled hose anymore! Very good product, nice looking and functional!

I love just about everything about it. The only problem I have is the strong rewind spring almost jerks the hose out of my hand.I will see if there is some way to adjust the return spring.
