Music and audio books were clearly heard and understandable just not dynamic. I found the sound to be flat and low. I could not leave the headphones hanging around my neck when not in use because the weight of the controls caused it to slide off my neck as I moved around. As long as I had at least one ear bud in my ear it stayed around my neck. The earbuds were uncomfortable after about 15 minutes of use. The problem was not the size of the replaceable ear buds but the size of the hard earpiece. I generally need a fairly small ear bud - but even the smallest I own didn't make these ear pieces more comfortable. I gave them 2 stars (don't like) instead of 1 (hate) because the controls were easy to use.

Worked great for the first month and then they would say they were charged but wouldn’t turn on. Very disappointed!!!Update: Seller did refund my money for the headphones.

I highly recommend these. I ordered them before Thanksgiving for my Iphone 7 (no headphone jack, unfortunately), and they're still going strong. Easy to use, easy to transport. I keep them at my desk at work (I'm happy I can finally listen to music and charge my phone at the same time). One of the most inexpensive pairs I've found, and completely worth it. The only problem I have with them is they don't work with Instagram (so you can't use them with Instagram stories or videos) but that's very minor. Other than that, they fully have my support. I ordered a pair for my niece for Christmas and she loves them too!

Works pretty good fir the price, I only deduct a star because it sounds staticky when paired with two devices, even if the other device is off. Outside of that it’s crystal clear with my 1st device I paired with. Only other drawbacks is the insanity bright flashing light when paired and can’t go very low in volume. I listen softly to music to sleep ant this set won’t go as low as others I’ve used. Other than that, works great abc is reliable.

The headphones were not as bright as they look in the picture, almost look sun aged or dirty. Also one set of the ear buds were torn and not usable.I have yet to listen to them to see the sound quality but will update when I do.UPDATE: I was sent 2 more colors (black and white) and they both are in good shape along with the extra earbuds. The white is still an off color, but the black looks great. As for sound, I go to a noisy gym and it does a great job of blocking sound and plays the music very clear.They also charge quickly and the charge lasts a long time!

They work great and seem to have a pretty good battery life. The only thing I dislike is the voice that tells you if they are on/off and battery left. It sounds odd to have that be bothersome but it is. However, they work great and I don't have to choose between charging and listening to my book.

My first charge lasted for about 5 hours of use. After that, I'm barely getting 2 hours, if that, before it runs out of power. Not too happy about that.Sammix sent another pair and this pair is holding its charge much better. So raising the rating to a 4 as we are very happy with the new pair.

They stopped working after a month of use and so did my friends. It sucks because I liked the sound of them. And Play was very apologetic and offered to replace my headphones. I will definitely give them another chance with any future purchases.
