Pros: super good size- becoming my most used pot. Came in perfect -no flaws like some knock offs Easy to clean if I let it soak until I can clean it. I also do use oil on the insides to help out before loading, Attractive color for using at the table Can be used on oven or on top of stove. Ontop check, liquid level so as to not dry out. I do slo-cooking on stove top in this pot as I have a very low burner.Cons- Enameled cast iron has to be stored carefully so the top lid doesn’t clang and chip the pot on the top edge. A minor pain I don’t store other pots or pans nested in this pot. Another way to chip the inside. Also a minor pain. Don’t douse the very hot pot with cold water to cool it quickly. The enamel might craze/crack- all cast iron pots carry this warning.- know what you are buying.

I bought this little dutch oven to make homemade bread and it's the perfect size for me! The red color is fun and cheerful too. I've only used it once so I can't comment on reliability (yet) but it's done the job so far.

Bought this to make my sourdough bread in. Works great and fits in my air fryer perfectly. It is also the perfect size. I bought another one and it was a little too big. Highly recommend this one.

It is smaller than I had pictured in my head but works if I want to make a single serving ... say Top Ramen or vegetables for a family of 4. I like the color and the enamel on the inside sure helps make for easy clean up.--- Watch this pot for sticking though. I think that might be due to the way cast iron cooks -- so lower the heat.

I wanted a small dutch oven that I could make meals for one or two and this one was the perfect size. I can throw a small stew or soup together quickly with this and put in the oven for a low and slow cook without having to use too many ingredients and having leftovers that will go to waste. I like to make a soup for one or two meals with a few vegetable and a bit of beef or chicken with a some broth (or water mixed with beef or chicken base)....sometimes using a tomato juice or sauce base for the broth. Sometimes I oven bake with the lid off for a bit which allows some maillard reaction to give a different roasted flavor profile to the recipe.

Very cute for gravies or very small one meal sides...

Me encantó mi ollita, el tamaño ideal para preparar porciones para una o dos personas… el instructivo dice que debe calentarse poco a poco antes de agregar el alimento y así lo hice y salió perfecto… se limpia facilísimo. Ya estoy viendo comprar otra más. Recomendado.
