After much hunting, I found a pair of sandals I really liked; however, one of the sandals pinched my small toe. I debated whether or not to return the shoes, or try to stretch the part that caused the discomfort. This was a gamble since I couldn't return the sandals after trying to stretch one of them.Happily, this shoe stretcher worked perfectly -- I sprayed a little shoe stretch solution on the part I wanted to stretch and used one of the black pieces that came with the stretcher device to get it enlarged exactly where needed.I couldn't be happier with this purchase; I now get to wear the sandals I like so much in comfort. I only wish I tried this on other shoes I had to return simply because one foot is slightly larger than the other. This will come in handy in the future; I highly recommend it.

This show stretcher is much more than I expected. The description said plastic so I thought it would be light and I'd have to be careful with it so as not to break it. I was wrong. This is a heavy duty shoe stretcher with good weight to it. It is solid and works much better than the wood stretcher I used to have. It's also much easier to use and the parts are of good quality. I'm very pleased with my purchase.

I received sneakers that were a bit too small. Since these were a gift, I didn't really want to return them and I did really like them. I used this on them and low and behold they are my absolute favorite sneakers! They fit like they were custom made. This was very easy to use. I only wish I had 2 because it took me twice as long to stretch both since I could only do one at a time. I'm not the most patient person. But It worked great!

I like this product for stretching my shoes. I am kind of between sizes and this really helps to make shoes more comfortable in the toe box area since I broke my big toe and had to have surgery on it. I like that you can use it to not only stretch the width but the length as well.

Worked great to stretch shoes both in length and width. The attachments for bunions ect don't stay in, so you can't tip the stretcher when putting into the shoe or they fall off.

Very disappointed. I bought this one specifically because it said it came with the pressure relief pods. Mine came without them and the plastic package was open. Useless to me now and I'll have to return it.

Worked beautifully to stretch out a pair of Fluevogs that were just too narrow in the toe. Now they're my favorite boots! (Note: I used a spray to soften the leather, as is recommended.)

this shoe stretcher worked beautifully. i can now wear my shoes comfortably.
