Great product works well arrived fast

Best flashlight I have ever owned, very powerful and compact. I carry mine in my pocket all the time and the light it produces is amazing for such a small flashlight. I've owned 2 over the past 6 years only because I lost one so built to last. Excellent value for the money.

I bought mine two and a half years ago and I am still happy.First of all, this thing is tough. I carry it every day clipped on the inside of my pocket. The same pocket as my keys. My keys smack this thing every time I pull them from my pocket. I have put this light through the washing machine no less than four times. I drop it on rocks and pavement on occasion. It has never broken. In this 30 months I think I have only had to replace the battery twice, but I don't use it as often as I carry it. Just make a habit of replacing the battery on your birthday each year or whatever and you will be fine. It is very bright. Sufficient to light up a very large area. It can get a little hot after sustained use on full power but it does not affect the function at all. Extreme cold doesn't cause issues either, I used it in the east Idaho winter a lot so I could see the ice on my path and keep my balance easier.I have no complaints and if I ever lose this one, I have no further need to explore the market. I am just buying another one.

This is ok but not the brightest of my flashlights. A little disappointed but works fine.

I bought this flashlight on May 8, 2021. I opened the package, put the battery in, and it worked like a charm! I turned it off and put it aside and I thought that it was a great flash light, small and very bright. 2 months later, after never using it since the initial time, it stopped working. I tried changing the batteries but no go. Maybe I probably got a faulty one or maybe it's a design error? I don't know but unfortunately it's too late to get a replacement now. Smith & Wesson is one of my favorite manufacturers so I'm going to give the benefit of the doubt and say I got a faulty one, but that doesn't take away that I have a useless product now.

So I recently just ordered one of these flash lights. I originally thought I received a damage item because I couldn't get the flash light to turn on. I requested a replacement because I didn't know if the flash light was damaged or the battery that I received was bad. They sent me a replacement and the first thing I tried on the original flash light (I received the first time) I took the new battery from the second flash light I received and it worked fine. Come to find out, both batteries actually worked and that I wasn't screwing the lid on where you put the battery at on tight enough. So it was my mistake, I am going to send back the replacement. The whole point of this post is that I highly recommend this flash light because it's bright and of course Smith and Wesson makes great products, but also make sure you screw the lid on tight so you don't think you received something damaged when it actually works. Also appreciate the fast support and how fast they sent me the replacement. I will order from them again. 5 stars all the way!
