LED Ground Lights Mains Powered Garden Lights Outdoor Buried Light Well Lighting 6W 12V 24V IP67 Waterproof Low Voltage Underground for Garden, Pathway, Patio(Cool White)

I purchased four packs of led ground lights, 16 in total. One out of the sixteen was faulty and had a short circuit on it which prevented the others from working. They stupidly suggested to try it again !!! Why would I do that when I know it is faulty. I am a qualified approved electrician and do know when a unit is defective. It has taken a month to try and obtain a replacement to the frustration of my customer who has now informed me not to come back as he has instructed another company to complete the work. I am very displeased at the lack of urgency this company has to rectify this very small problem. It has now resulted in me losing a customer because of their inability to send a replacement light quickly. Original order of the 16 lights arrived within 2 days. Why does it take a month to send one up to this point which I do not have as yet. One excuse after another, it was returned, asking for my address yet again. Not good enough.Extremely disappointed.

These light Units are of a very high quality. They do the job and I am sure will last for years. The only reason to drop a star was the description. I soon noticed the slightly hidden information that they do not come with a transformer but it stated they have "circuit wire" which I took to mean they have the wire to make the circuit and there is actually a graphic showing a circuit which states the transformer is not included but fails to state that neither is the cable. In fact each lamp has a very short cable terminating in a bare end. There is no "circuit wire" and no means to connect to any user provided wire.

This 4 pack of landscape lights are relatively easy to install, but if you're not comfortable installing electrics, you'll obviously need an electrician.Once in position, they produce a nice amount of white light, which makes an area more inviting and they can be chained together, so you're able to install multiple.Time will tell how long they last, but so far, so good and they have a stainless steel cover which feels strong and durable.All in all, it's a good pack of landscape lights, but could work out quite expensive if you need multiple.

Es wurde nichts beschädigt und die Lieferung fand innerhalb weniger Tage nach Bestellung statt.Alles ist wie beschrieben eingepackt.Ich wurde durch die Verarbeitungsqualität und die tolle Optik überzeugt.Preis- Leistung ist sehr gut!Ich kann es jedem nur ans Herz legen, der ebenfalls mit dem Gedanken spielt.

Bonjour sur 4 que 2 fonctionnentJ’ai attendu les vacances pour faire le branchement j aurais dû le faire plus tôt pour le constater et faire une demande.J’ avais fait confiance j’aurais pas dû…

J’ai reçu une simple boîte en carton, contenant 4 spots, aucune notice d’emploi.La fabrication semble correcte, les matériaux utilisés sont l’acier inox, le plastique, et une plaque de verre, le tout est étanche IP67.J’ai décidé d’installer ces spots autour d’un massif du jardin, ce n’est pas très difficile, mais il faut beaucoup de soin : lors d’une précédente tentative, mon installation n’avait tenu que deux ans avant de ‘court-circuiter’, car je n’avais pas pris suffisamment de précautions.Rien n’est fourni en dehors des 4 spots.Il faut :- D’abord faire arriver du courant 220V près de l’endroit où vous installez les spots : prévoir du câble et de la gaine.- Acheter un transfo étanche. J’ai pris un 12V 60W IP67 où je pourrais brancher en parallèle jusqu’à 10 spots en tout. Coût : moins de 30 euros.- Acheter du fil à 2 conducteurs, isolé et étanche, on en trouve pour une vingtaine d’euros les 10 mètres.- Acheter des connecteurs étanches ; j’ai pris des presse-étoupes IP68 à une quinzaine d’euros.- Au besoin prévoir une cartouche de silicone et quelques boîtes de dérivation.Au total, ça m’a coûté moins de 150 € (spots compris). Après, c’est un peu de travail, et une belle satisfaction.

Visuellement, cet ensemble de quatre spots encastrable conçu pour l'extérieur est plutôt joli et a l'air qualitatif.Quand je dis à l'air qualitatif, c'est seulement une impression.Avant de me lancer à l'installation, j'ai bien évidemment testé ses spots indépendamment. Le premier à tout bonnement grillé sur place au branchement.Alors bien sûr je me suis dit que j'avais mal fait les choses et j'ai donc vérifié mes connexions, brancher le second sans oublier de filmer l'opération, et le résultat est sans appel il a grillé instantanément comme le premier.J'ajoute qu'aucun convertisseur externe n'est inclus dans ce pack j'en conclus donc que chaque spot dispose du sien indépendammentQuoi qu'il en soit je ne recommande bien évidemment pas du tout cet ensemble qui est limite dangereux.Je ne tenterai même pas un démontage pour voir ce qu'il y a à l'intérieur.Passez votre chemin sur ce produit qui pourtant était visuellement très sympathique
