loved Cedric and the rest of his mob! it was funny and the movie was pretty good! I loved the music in the background my genre!!

Missed this when it came out. Twelve years behind the curve. Amazing movie. Wish I could give it ten stars.

Get a sense of humor people! This is hilarious and Cedric the Entertainer gives one of his best performances.

It's more of a soap opera than a movie at this point. We got tons of cameos and follow up scenes from much deeper movies that all arrive in this movie like a leftover bottle of champagne found by the kids after all the parents went to sleep it off.Try to not compare it to its predecessors and enjoy each scene for what it brings.Seeing Dwayne Johnson's performance was glitter on cheesecake. You can't look away but also afraid to take a bite. Never thought I'd see Uma and John T. together again yet they're like two peas in a pod floating down the rapids of age laughing as they go. It's not a movie that will blow your socks off and yet I'm glad they made it b/c I imagine how much fun they had making it and it shows the way their characters play off each other. Their wardrobe(s), their cars (and Johns again), and even the over generalizations that might be cliche in some movies work well in this one.I'm only giving it 4 stars b/c imo they ruined the f-word scene up.... imo Johns line should've just said it and omitted the politely edited part b/c his character (Chili Palmer) doesn't pull punches or enjoy small talk. Overall it's a nice addition, a good movie that probably cost more money than it made and hopefully is a stepping stone for the unsung heroes and those who aren't stars yet and are on their way.

Be Cool and Get Shorty are the best. Watch it every time I see it.

Better than get shorty. Dwayne and Vince are hilarious.

This is the sequel to 'Get Shorty', which was not a great film but was nonthelessentertaining, with good pace, good gags, and plenty of laughs; not to mention a good cast.So I hoped that this film would have much of the same qualities. Unfortunately the only thing that was much of the same was the plot line and the set ups………take a successful premise and then use it again but fail to appreciate why it worked first time around; that is pretty much sums it up.Travolta was obviously bored, Davito really doe not feature, I guess he was just passing through. Thurman is rubbish, was she desperate for the fee?, and as for the Rock, well I can not understand how he ever got another film role after his appearance in this.The rest of the cast are all very second and third rate. The script is a poor rehash of the bits that I guess hit the bin from Get Shorty.All in all this is not worth watching.

Not as good and smart as "get shorty", slightly worn out, however this does help kill time, also for the fast-paced dialogue. There is not much of a story, despite it is based on a novel, and sometimes it really slows down (e.g. the stage shows by the singer could easily be removed). The number of side roles that actually provide a good performance should be noted. Finally, it is remarkable how Travolta manages to get to the end without being shot or punched.

Ok, so this is an old film and on the web, gets mixed reviews and we cannot understand why, we find this one of the funniest movies and watch it at least half a dozen times a year, this really is hilarious, something light, slapstick and entertaining, I can't help but be biased as Mr Travolta is just wonderful.

It has some big actors in this movie like John Travolta,Uma Thurman, The Rock and many more. I felt the movie was good but could have been a little bit better but i like the action throughout the movie. It's not one of my best tittle but it's a great movie.

Fails to please on so many levels.
