Interesting recipes, but no index; way too much introductory material on the advantages of ceramic titanium cookware; seems like Kindle version came first, then paperback edition as a "print on demand" reprint. Possibly worth 3 stars in the (much cheaper) Kindle edition, as it at least is usable with all brands of "copper" cookware (Copper Chef, Red Copper, Gotham Steel).

There are some nice recipes, but not specific to the different types of pans. I was specifically interested in the crisper and was disappointed to not find an area devoted to that pan! I have a lot of great cookbooks and really didn't need another one...I really need a "how to..." Would not recommend this one!

I just received my cookbook and cannot wait to try some of the recipes. The recipes look easy and healthy--and made with "common" ingredients. I am happy with my purchase!

Got the e-book. Definitely wouldn't pay price for the hard cover. Love the pan & this helped with ideas. most of the recipes I probably won't use.

Odd recipes, nothing in my wheel house. Plus no photos. Choose another book. I returned mine.

Ok, the recipes are there, but I was expecting something in the form of a book with recipes on individual page with, may be a picture or some king of suggested presentation, instead of a continuous listing of recipes with no directory. This is not my idea of a cookbook,

Amazing, I cooked eggs, omelets, cheese and much more and they all turned out as expected. The secret : medium heat. The only surprising thing was the egg yolk remaining cold while the white was perfectely cooked, so I turned them the off over for a few seconds and it was fine.

Good value and pretty interesting recipes will try most of them in near futre. I recommend this product to anyone looking for easy cooking instruction.
