The new Medical Ergonomic shape is following the natural "oval' air passage higher in the nostril. This shape helps the setting of the tube in a more comfortable way. The small lip in the NEW model is resting to the upper lip, as balance holding the FREE floating Nose lock perfectly in place. The nose-lock at the front of the tube, will be placed "in" the nose tip, following the track of the nose tip, as a strong but comfortable "Hold-fast", to avoid slipping, or rubbing out while sleeping. I use them under my cpap mask and they work great
Keeps my nose from stuffing up in my cpap mask. Nose was sore the first two days but not sore at all now.

These little devices allow me to breathe comfortably at night. Easy to trim to fit. Easy to clean.
