Works on induction hob, but the whistle could be a better fit or the spring in it stronger, but glad I bought it.

This kettle looks good on my country Cottage kitchen but would also fit into a contemporary kitchen. I bought it to confound the electricity leeches, I use bottled gas so it’s already paid for.The handle can get a bit hot if left whistling but as long as you’re aware it’s no problem.

Very useful, stable, loud whistle. Handle gets hot so be careful. Slight discolouration of finish from heat.
