My son loved this scooter! Especially the lights. He very much was comfortable with the speed, which is a little faster than the smaller scooter he had growing up. There was an issue we experienced with one of the parts but the seller was quick to send a return packaging slip to ensure the issues were remedied as fast as possible! Great customer service too!

We purchased this for my 10 year old. Works great, holds a charge. Pretty quick yet easy enough for a 10 year old to control it. Good value for price.

We purchased this scooter for our 6 year old's birthday and he loved it from the start. Unfortunately that didn't last more than two days as the scooter failed to turn back on for day 3 even with it fully charged. I can't say enough good things about the scooter while it worked (eade of use, functionality, just fun!), but there appears to be an issue in sustaining the operation. We reached out to the manufacturer on multiple occassions thinking that some how it was operator error, but we failed to receive any feedback. Ultimately, we are reluctantly having to return the item and hope that this is a singular issue and not widespread. Hope you have better luck than we did.

My kids has been loving this scooter. He's had it for a month and can't get enough. Had a good battery life and decent charging times.

Had a problem with the brake throttle switch. Contacted the customer service and got a very quick response and resolution.

Do not buy this because they won't honor any help when it stops working. I bought this for my grandson back in April and it did great for about 15 times riding it. It just stopped on us and won't take a charge or run anymore. I have been having contact with the company for close to a month without getting what I want-- a new battery. Nothing works and it won't take a charge. They told me they would send a new battery but won't respond back to see if it is shipped. Tried to get a new battery where I live but Battery plus say that they can't get one that fits this scooter. Update. Today I received a new battery. They were suppose to send a tracking on this but it just showed up. Still need to be a quicker response.

Bought this for my daughter for Christmas. She loves this scooter. Very easy to use and charges fast.
