The feeder design extends feeding time by about 10-15 minutes. I like that the feeder comes apart so you can clean every nook and cranny but to that point you have to disassemble to clean every nook and cranny. I guess you can’t ask for this kind of a product without some kind of work.Due to how the feeder works, I have to set it away from the water bowl and where no one is walking so my puppy can rotate the feeder without his ears going into the water bowl. The suction cup was not helpful, feeder moved using on slate tile, dog is ~50lb golden doodle for reference. So occasional tripping hazard if we forget to move or look down.These are minor inconveniences and the purpose to extend the feeding time checks off the box. Thank you for creating this product!

My 13 inch beagle usually eats her food in under a minute. Took her 7 minutes for dinner tonight, and I even had to help her a little bit. This gave our other dog, a pittie, time to eat on her own without the humans having to run interference. Huzzah! Victory!

I have a very ravenous Corgi that gobbles his food in a regular slow feed within 1.5 minutes. We've tried a lot of other slow feeders but none of them really worked. It takes him usually 10 minutes to finish his food with this one. I highly recommend it for those looking at slow feeders.

It is a nice bowl, but my Boxer scoots it alllll over the place, doesn't slow her down, and I am not sure it was worth it. Had to try, though.

I’ve never had a bloat (knock wood) but I’ve tried just about every dry food slow feeder out there and they aren’t all that effective. The plastic ones get chewed up so I had to resort to just the metal ones.Pros: took my puppy 10x longer to eat her food! This is amazing! Plus, it became a challenge which is always good for a busy dog.Cons: it’s plastic. I usually feed my dogs outdoors and sometimes it’s a while before I pick up the dishes. There will always be a chance I forget now to pick it up right away, and it only takes once and this one will be a goner. Also, the suction cups are a joke. It you don’t have a perfectly smooth surface they don’t hold the dish in place. However, it does make chasing the dish around a littlemore fun.Warning: don’t screw down the feeding cup or nut to hold down the inner spinner too tight or it won’t spin. The food dropping cup doesn’t really work all that well so I’ll probably remove it and just use the plastic nut to hold down the spinner. The kibble size I use drops through the holes ok, but sometimes it just jams up.

This works well for our dogs but I had to remove the clear plastic dispenser and utilize the bottom part instead. I pour most of the food under the blue part and some on top of it because our Purina pro plan kibble had chunks that were much to large to dispense and would clog the clear part while the smaller kibble would just all come out at once. While it didn’t work as intended we were still able to make it work for us by making adjustments! It keeps our GSD busy because she has to keep spinning it to get to the food on the bottom under the blue piece and still has to work for it.

i have the ufo feeder, i love the gravity trickle and the spinning as my dog tries to find the kibble that gets to the bottom of the bowl. however, the part you screw on top and pour the food into makes it very difficult to adjust; if you screw it on too tight it wont spin at all, and dog gets frustrated and paws at it. if you screw it on too loose, kibble falls way too easily and the attachment can actually fall off due to it spinning around with the dog just eating. its hard to find just the right tightness but even when you do, it doesn't matter because my dog manages to twist the top himself without trying to. makes ruins the whole slowfeed process when you still have to be right there with him and monitor it/fix the top.

Really good slow feeder for my anxiety driven American Staffordshire. This really helps slow down her feedings, takes her about 10-15mins to eat her entire meal which is great because it keeps her entertained, helps stimulate her mind, and has helped her anxiousness as well.

I have had the UFO Maze in green for the past 1.5 years now and it's absolutely amazing. It has not damaged much even with the most of destructive dogs using it. It has great system of layers to make your dog work through and it all and to make it a little bit more difficult. I am buying all the extra plates and a second UFO maze as all the dogs love it!

This product broke after the first wash and reassembly. It appears to be made of cheap plastic. Now ineligible for returns. Thanks Amazon!

The media could not be loaded.  Absolutely love this bowl, have tried several slow feeders and my Lab learns them and is soon guzzling her food in seconds again... This one? She takes 10+ minutes a meal even after several weeks!It is easy to clean too which is a huge bonusIs sturdy so even when she gets over eager and bashes it around? Not a problem.And as a great bonus can even seap out the inserts for different ones and create more interest.Honestly? I haven't found a single flaw with it.
