Decent quality for cooked salted duck eggss
The eggs and egg yolk are a little small, but other than that they are okay.

Extremely Salty.
Not sure I like the consistency/texture of the yolk. Is it supposed to be gritty and green yet slightly oily? The egg white is delicious. However, there is so so much salt I could only eat half of the egg. It feels like it's going to burn a hole in my esophagus... Is this normal? Each egg is individually wrapped and air sucked out. There is no expiration date, so not sure when I need to use them by. Can I put them into the freezer? They came well shipped. Double boxed. Balloon pillowed so no rocking and rolling around in shipping. So far none of the eggs seem broken.

Received bad batch?
Each egg was different, and not in a good way. Noticeable color variations once the shell was removed (I would expect them all to be that tell-tale gray), and about nine out of all twelve eggs was some form of black/green mold-like mass in the center. They honestly didn't smell rotten, but I wasn't about to taste test one just to see if I was mistaken or not. Couldn't find a single expiration or use-by-date anywhere, and honestly never expected to even have to worry about receiving an expired product as these are suppose to have a really long self life. Threw the whole batch away.
