I can’t control 6 watches since the screen shows only 1m to 6m only the rest 6 are not working.Such a bummer since i really liked it so much.

Amazing product and aptly priced. This is the one I was looking for. The quality of the box and the pillows inside are as expected. Definitely recommended as it increases the longevity of my expensive watches. The touch buttons and digital display makes it easy to adjust the rotation direction and speed as well. This is a great watch winder in terms of craftsmanship and the noise level. I really love the finishing and the extra watch storage on top for non-mechanical watches.But as mentioned on other reviews, the watch pillows that comes with the unit doesn't really fit small wrist watches. (6.25 Wrist Size) The unit comes with 2 small and 2 large adjustable watch pillows, and it is the small one that fits my watches the best. Still giving it a 5-star review because the manufacturer with a few email exchanges sent me 8 replacement small watch pillows. (I have seen some reviews that they got the black one as replacements, but I was able to receive the brown ones.)Small minor issue for me is the need for you to open the main door in order to open up the top watch compartment. Not a deal breaker but just hoping that it could be open up easily. I might just do something to stop it from locking.But so far I am really satisfied with the purchase. And hopefully it runs smoothly for a long time.

The product has arrived at the description screen that does not work.We cannot control the different options because this screen no longer indicates anything at all.This is unacceptable.

I purchased this unit in March o2022. Received in good condition and worked as advertised. Well-constructed and good looking. Perfect for all my watches.Fast forward to the month of September. One of my watch motors dies. There are 12 individual motors in this unitContacted customer service and they were great! Very fast response and very helpful. After providing some information to them I had my new watch motor within a matter of days. The motor was very easy to replace, and the unit is up and running.Kudos to their customer service. Great job!

I purchased this winder for two of my automatic watches that struggle to wind with my inclined winder. In unpacking, it is packed very secure, with a lot of padding. The material appears high quality and from my initial inspection, it does appear to be real wood.That being said, the unit did arrive broken. The bezel on the right winder had fallen out and the actual mechanism had fully dislodged from the box. I have returned for a replacement, the the new replacement arrived very quickly.Overall, it is a high quality winder. I had thought that the large pads would be the correct size for my watches, but it turns out that the smaller pads work perfectly. I'm 6'2" and have normal sized wrists.Some features on the box. You do need to open the front in order to unlatch the top. The display panel light turns on when you open the box as well and the winder stops. The two winders are asynchronous, so the watches will generally be at different orientations and possibly winding at different times throughout the day. The pillows for the top of the static watches are basic foam rubber, but do the trick.

Updated: Have to take my hat off with this company, specially to their customer services. Call them explaining the issue experienced with my watch winder and they did not doubt for a minute to send me a brand new one to my home. Kudos to Erics. He was the one took care of me in the way I don’t think too many people/company will do. Thanks and I’m retracting from previous comments !!!This is the worst investement made for my watch collection. I was looking to have all my watch in only one winder and unfortunately this product doesn’t work at all. First off, it is noise. Second, some of the watch holder getting stuck and one of them already broke because of that (see pictures). I won’t recommend to any customer spent one penny on this product. The worst!!!
