It's a very nice sounding tws earphonesIt does not have frills like ANC , but with its good design and super fit in the ear , most of the outside noise is filtered out.Use the sony "headphones" connect app from the store and switch on DSEE option and in the equaliser , select manual and raise the bass by 2 points and leave everything at flat 0 setting.This will give a good movie watching experience, or for music select the "excited" eq setting.Since these have 5.8mm drivers, they already have fine tuned mid range and high frequency setting. So don't over do the mid or high frequency setting in the equaliser as it will overload those and make the sound very bright, especially at high volumes.I have just rec'd it so have not tested the battery usage nor tested the mic for phone calls etc ... But I guess it should be decent , since it's a sony.Don't waste your money on other tws at this price range. Buy this for the detailed, superb sound quality. and long wearing hours as it does not hurt the ears.I have sony xm4, both over the head and tws. The sound of this no frill c500 is about equal to those costly earphones. If you switch on DSEE option, and set optimisation for sound quality, instead of sound connection, in the app.Battery life will reduce a bit using the above setting, but sound will be amazingly good.

It stopped working after literally two days. Felt like a scam buying the product as even Sony doesn't provide warranty support on refurbished products. When I approached them, they mentioned that these products are the original defective ones that Sony receives and then make it working conditions only for some time but no guarantee that it will work perfectly. So rather spend another 1.5k to 2k and get the original ones.

best buy !!have been using the renewed one for almost 6 months .works like a charm .sound quality is good .earlier was usingsamsung buds , redmi earbuds , jbl and a few other .this is definetly the best so far .Update -It's been 7 months , works like a charm .Gets instantly connected to my pixel phone .Occasionally asks to pair like a new headphones .Looks like a software glitch , but nothing annoying !Loving it .

These earbuds are the third set of sarvada I have bought. Without naming the other two, I can tell you that these are miles ahead of them and several others. Besides exceptional sound, it's the battery life of these warbirds that is mind blowing. After five and a half hours of constant viewing, they still have 70 percent battery left!!! This is more than incredible. Would really like to find out one day, how long will their charge take to run out. Would love to buy the same after this set completes it's life cycle.

Disliked the most is bass output and cannot be used while driving with helmets as calls get automatically switch off due to its on/off switch placement.Liked the most is it fits best in ears.

Within one month, the product stop working. After continuous complaint and follow they don't revert as the product is in warranty. Waste of money.

Go for it no need to think about it the best product I have been seen.sound Quality is amazing.

Wow! I had many headphones and was used to them breaking after few months of use but this one's are different. They are very steady and heavy in a good way, they keep a charge for a long time, they can charge while in the case, you can use one headphone while another one is charging, they connect in a second I never had an issue with them in the last few months. I recommend these headphones to everyone I know.

Not recommend to buy this, don’t waste your money. It came without seal on the box, there is no manual at all and it’s hard to connect. My sabbat is way way better than this sony earbuds
