I've only used this for about 10 days, but am already getting amazing results. I've been suffering from OAB for months and months, and I've been running the gamut with urologists, and their med treatments, all while my condition continued to go south and on top of frequency I was getting more pain and blood and clots when relieving myself and losing sleep drastically. That really was scaring me, especially since none of the urologists could finger the blood and clots.. Almost right from the start of using Reds, the bleeding and clots have continually disappeared. Also my constipation situation has improved immensely. I still have the frequency and some discomfort, but so much better than it was before I started a regular routine of adding a scoop to a glass of apple juice every morning. I wouldn't doubt if things continue to get better as I keep drinking this tasty stuff. My only gripe, and this is true with so many packaged products these days, is when you open the new container it is barely above the half mark of the container. I think that's really a bit of a dishonest marketing technique, and hence the four stars.

I felt wonderful after I drank it. My only concern was the ingredients online had spirulina& chlorella. It was not in ingredients I purchased. Obviously changed recipe. Will buy again inspite of it., but change needs to be posted.

Honestly,I love a sugary drink. I admit it... It's not good for me, but I love them!But this particular powder is fantastic. It's sweet enough where I can mix myself one large cup of it, and use that to drink through dinner at home or when I feel i need some hydration.It tastes wonderfully and if you read all the ingredients, you just can't help but feel like you're doing something GOOD for your body. It has many antioxidants, berries, vitamins... well it really does make a very healthy drink.And I know, healthy and "tastes good" don't usually go together and I'm sure you're skeptically reading this right now..but trust me, cut one soda, cup of juice, etc. out of your day and substitute it with this and you really wont regret it!- That's the truth from a Sugary Drink addict.

I have a very hard time with solid foods due to illness. This helps me get nutrients I lack due to not being able to eat like normal. I love it.

I have tried several different brands of similar products - I hope this is as healthy as others, as it definitely is the BEST tasting in my opinion.This brand is actually the first my wife uses also.
