I needed more room for the DVDs/blur-rays I wanted to keep in their cases on my bookshelf and this is perfect because it blends in with the other old books I have. It latches with a magnet and has the capacity to hold a lot of discs, although it only comes with so many insert pages you can buy more.My only only complaints are minor. 1) it can be a little hard to move the plastic pages on the medal rings. 2) there is no place to hold the inserts for DVDs or blur-rays and if you want to hold the linear notes for a CD you lose the space for the disc.

The media could not be loaded.  I like this DVD case a lot, but my shipment seemed to be a little rough.It came a day late, which doesn't bother me too much, but it's also a bit damaged. The top and bottom edge of the box (the false pages) are not entirely glued down. It seems to be a manufacturing issue more than something that occurred in shipping since it looks like there is dried glue underneath that just didn't hold.With a little super glue and a lot of patience, I'm overall happy. It's a really cool DVD box.5☆ for cool DVD box.-2☆ for late arrival and damage.3/5☆ overall.

This is number 24 of these cases I have purchased. I have a large DVD/CD collection and I am moving. I wanted something that would look nice on a bookshelf and love the look of old books. This fits the bill perfectly. I bought additional pages so I could fill each "book" to capacity. The material is extremely sturdy, the magnetic closure helps keep the dust out and they are beautiful as well as functional. I will not hesitate to buy more if/when needed.

Quality:Other reviewers have already pointed out the subpar interior. Absolutely! But that's to be expected with a product of this type at this price point (especially in this age of cheap imports and materials). Unfortunately, it's an expensive proposition building a true quality item these days. Low expectation going in. No stars off.Magnet on the cover is the real disappointment. Too small and weak. Definitely not up to the task. They shouldn't even wasted time on it. Probably replace/modify it with a bucky-ball or something at some point. Minus one star.Value:A little pricy considering the cheap manufacture and materials. Again, low cost materials and jacked up prices, a typical model since the days it was pioneered by the likes of Ron P (Bass-o-matic anyone? :).All things considered though, it'd be good enough if you weren't hit for $10 shipping. (Interesting that other less expensive randomby Bellagio items are eligible for Prime. Can't be too upset though. All in all it's a neat little attractive way to store discs. Personally, I've reached the point where I have done away with the clutter of clamshell cases and discs; moving all video and music content to digital form (with adequate backup of course). Disc storage makes even less sense for software, utilities and device drivers, but I kind of like to keep some the original media that comes with my tech. This box makes an awesome option for that. Adding back a star and a note of appreciation to the manufacturer for at least providing an alternative.

Great look, this dvd catalog actually looks even nicer in person! I received compliments on it from a guest the same day it came in the mail. The inserts that come with it hold dvds nicely, there is enough room to slide two in each pocket if you're a picky person like me and want to keep certain ones together. The sturdy book style means unlike the nylon or flexible plastic shell catalogs this can sit pretty on your shelf without flopping over. The only improvement would be if the tiny magnets used to hold it closed were stronger. They basically get the job done, but could be better, just saying.

I have two of these in different colors and have them sitting on my mantel. They go with my décor so much nicer than some black CD case or box or whatever we use to store CD's. I put a couple nice bookend on either side of them and they look beautiful! At a recent gathering I had several comments on them coupled with surprise when they found out what they actually were!Quality isn't bad but not perfect. The price seemed a bit on the high side to me but I wanted something different other than plastic and the obvious generic black CD storage item. I plan on recovering them when they get a bit tattered and will most likely use material or old book cover to do it for a more authentic look.
