Serves purpose
I work in a metal shop and got these to ensure little bits of metal dust don't clog my ports and make it so my phone wont charge. They look very sleek and are unnoticeable when in use. They hold firmly in place and still come out with no trouble. The two pack comes with a holder than can latch on to a cylindrical charging cord which is a great addition for storing them when not in use. They also came with a port brush which I use often. Will last a long time as long as they are not lost. Great product for people who don't want to buy a whole new phone case with built in port plug.

Excellent product!
I recently purchased a pair of Beats X and while they are excellent headphones for some strange reason they did not include a lightning port cover. I knew eventually this would cause dust/debris/sweat to get inside the circuitry and damage the headphones later on down the line. So far these plugs have prevented that from happening. The way they are designed with the slots they 'lock' into place. Once they're in they are not falling out. They are easy to push in & pull out with ease but sturdy enough to stay in during an 8 hour shift at work. Also, the plug holder fits snuggly on top of the lightning charging cable so that I won't lose them whilst charging. I would recommend this a thousand times. Excellent product.

Keeps out pocket lint. But tough on fingernails!
I loved the idea of protecting my new iPhone from getting pocket lint into its port. And it works beautifully. But then the plug has to be removed to charge with a cord. I figure this tiny gizmo will go up the vacuum very soon. Guess I must buy 3-4 cordless charger docks for the rooms where I mostly need to charge. It would be much cheaper to turn all my pockets inside out and use a lint brush to remove the hypothetical danger!

The fit the iPhone 6
I bought some other cheaper plugs which were too small and kept falling out. no good. These plugs are better because they have some small fins on them that keep them in place. I used to have the plug-in socket for my phone get so clogged up with lint from my pocket that I couldn't charge it. These plugs solve the problem. Its important to keep track of them when you remove them and have the phone plugged in for charging. So far I"ve lost several. The inclusion of a keeper is a good way to not lose the plugs, but unfortunately the holes in the keeper are a bit tight, making it a struggle to get them in, so lazy people like me are inclined to skip them. The package includes a cleaning brush, which I found useless. I'd. prefer it if the vendor included double the number of plugs and omitted the cleaning brush, for the same price.

These plugs work!
I recently upgraded my iPhone to the 13 pro. The problem I had with my old phone was the power Jack receptacle kept getting clogged with lint. This happens when you carry your phone in your pocket. It was so bad from time to time that when charging the phone, the power connector would pop out all by itself due to lint acting like a spring. These port covers are the answer to the problem. I highly recommend buying them. What’s nice about this particular brand comes with a lint brush and retainers (which holds the dust plug)that you snap on the charging cable. So in closing, if you carry your phone in your pocket, this item is a must!

Work amazing, hard to get out.
These are a great idea, and fit super well. The only issue we have is they are super hard to get out. They need something to grab to pull them out. They keep the dirt and dust out for sure!

Should come standard.
As someone who tends to keep a phone for five years or more, minimizing wear on the lightning port is paramount for me. I used to need to scrape out the pocket lint weekly and polish the contacts periodically because of moisture ingress corroding the power pin and dust gathering under them preventing proper engagement with the pads on a cable. Apple's planned obsolescence of the Lightning port usually takes the form of the two tabs that lock into the dimples on the sides of the connector wear out and bend backwards flush with the walls of the port so they do not engage with the cable properly. Compare the two little "teeth" on the bottom of a micro USB cable that help to lock it into the port for an example of this working in the opposite direction. These plugs changed all that. You'll need a fingernail to wedge them out if you have a case on your phone, but pocket lint is a thing of the past now. And the rubber holder for the plug when the phone is plugged in is a necessity considering how small these things are.
