Shabby chic, great value for money easy to put up

I’ve used this company a couple of times for these bamboo blinds and have to say that I am extremely impressed with both the quality of the product and their customer service. The first blind was an experiment for us – it was a custom size, for an inside aperture fitting, with hidden fixings. Their customer service team was quick to respond to my questions and I was very pleased with the finished product, it was chic, modern and surpassed my expectations. We went on to order a further 3x custom size blinds – but were advised that they were too big to ship by their usual methods. They could have declined my order, but instead they found an alternative courier and – after a few hiccups, which were very quickly resolved – successfully completed my request. I am so pleased I found this company, the blinds look fabulous and I will have absolutely no problem recommending them to my friends and family.

Love these blinds. Well worth the money and very well made the only gripe i have is packaging. They were sent from china wrapped only in a thin layer of bubble wrap and plastic im amazed they made it in one piece if they had been damaged i would be out of pocket!!

Bought 2 of these blinds for 2 small windows that I have. Everyone comments on how great they look. Easy to fit and install. Fixing hooks are supplied but I just used white picture hooks to hang them so that they are less noticeable. Very good value. Natural colour

I bought two of these so they could sit side by side on one window to allow glare from the sun to be controlled, whilst allowing the room to have some light. They are super easy to install if you have a wooden baton above the window and look really good.

These look great in our new summerhouse - couldn't be happier with them. They arrived about two weeks after ordering, from China. The bamboo part (the blinds themselves) seem good quality and they're very neatly put together, everything nicely straight and aligned. The mechanisms at the top to roll them up are very basic (see my picture), hopefully they'll last although we won't be putting them up and down often so we should be fine. The two hooks you drill into the wall do look a little flimsy (I think they're some sort of strong plastic... not sure) so I'll pick some new metal sturdy ones up next time I'm down B&Q. They do look lovely though, really pleased with them!

Early but we're damaged in transit one blind was in good condition and other had indent and crack in the middle and indent and also the togle was completely smashed.Other than that the blind(I orderd two one not damaged) does look good and better quality than the ones from B&Q.Unfortunately did not get a response in regards to the damaged blind.
