I’m from originally from the Espelette area living now in the US. Being able to get this gem here in the US is a blessing!! It’s the very same my family use to cook with from generation to generation. Not too hot but hot enough with the taste “I’m born with”

This is delicious and fresh; however, I can't understand how this can possibly increase from $11.99 to $19.99 in a few months...

This tastes very fresh and is a sparkling addition to many dishes - not just Basque recipes.

I had Piment d'Espelette in France added to my omelet and loved it. It isn't as spicy as cayenne but does add flavor to whatever you cook. Not easy to find in the US but always on Amazon!

I cannot say enough on how wonderful espelette is. The smell is amazing and the taste is subtle, mild, complimentary, complex and delicious. This brand is quality espelette, very good quality.
