Love these! I really bought these for the calcium and magnesium. I had been taking them for a while when I realized that everyone around me was getting sick except me. I was so glad this supplement also included zinc and D3.

Thought one a day would do it, endocrinologist feels it should be two.
My doctor feels this product is adequate for my needs. I'm 79 year old female and bone scan shows deterioration in a number of areas. Doctor feels I should likely take two of these a day. Nephrologist isn't crazy about that idea. Welcome to old age.

Less muscle cramping!
I add a couple into my smoothie as it blends and it adds the calcium and minerals coordinated with the real food. It is great, stay steady as your system gets more and more used to it💕

Very good vitamins
These vitamins are very good. My sleep has definitely been better since I have been taking them. My only downfall with this is that the tablets are on the bigger side but they are worth it

Calcium suppliments
I won't buy these again because they were hard for me to swallow. They aren't coated for easy swallowing. Like trying to swallow chalk.
