We have been buying the "cute" oven mitts from places like Marshall's for years and although cute, they were never great quality and always a little snug jn my husband's hands. These are perfect! Longer to protect forearms, large enough foe husbands hands (but not too large for me) and really heat protective and well made. Maybe not the latest fashion, but they live in a drawer, so we are finally going with quality over style.

I love these oven mitts, they stand up to the heat, and are restaurant quality.Like any kind they are a little bulky at first but good for an average to larger size hand they are perfect. They are also very affordable, roughly 14.99 for a pair(2). Most other options are closer to 20-30$

After 18 months, I am disappointed. The outside is great, clean & strong. Inside, it is coming apart. The lining is thin and breaking, freeing the cotton insulation. There are hot spots. It cannot stand up to fingernails. The lining is far too fragile. Check the lining before you buy any oven mitts.

Good gloves, but we went through 2 pairs in 4 months. They do not last in a high volume commercial baking environment. Switched to similarly priced silicone gloves and they seem to wear better so far.

Very very stiff, like dried paint. Not very comfortable to use. You can pinch the thumb towards the 4 fingers but that's all. Not a great grip design.. they work, though not as I'd hoped.
