Garnier Fructis Sleek and Shine Shampoo for Frizzy Hair, 12.5 Ounce

I love nearly everything about Garnier Fructis. It smells utterly amazing. It leaves my hair clean, silky smooth, but not flat. It has vitamin E and argan oil, which helps nourish the hair and prevent frizzies. It's also paraben-free and vegan. The only negative is that it isn't sulfate-free, although some of their conditioners are. I find that I rarely need to condition my hair after using this product -it's just not necessary.As of 2021, Garnier no longer sells in China and is now Leaping Bunny certified -it means that it is cruelty-free, not tested on animals. I encourage every person who is an actual human being and not a selfish monster to try their best to avoid any/all beauty products that test on animals. I eat meat (mostly organic and pasture-raised) and concede that doing so is unfair to animals, especially given the cruel industry practices widely found in the USA. However, most humans on earth do eat meat and animals do eat other animals. You know what they don't do? They don't torture them to death in a lab so someone can look pretty with the resulting products. I don't care if you are vegan or a meat eater like me... if you knowingly buy beauty products that torture animals in a lab for what in today's world mostly amounts to highly unnecessary testing, you are a monster. Now you read this and you know... if you don't know... go and google pics of animal testing and read up more. Again, I know that eating meat sometimes results in cruel practices as well, but I try to buy organic, pasture-raised whenever possible to mitigate support for animal cruelty in that industry. For beauty products, however, I alway check if it's cruelty-free -there is zero justification for torturing an animal so you can have less wrinkles or silky hair. You should check, too, and can do so on Ethical Elephant's website; there you can type in any popular brand and some lesser known ones as well and can details on whether or not they test anywhere (including third-party testing for the rights to import/sell in China).Bottom line: Garnier Fructis is wonderful for my hair, a healthier option for me (just wish it didn't have SLS), and bunny approved as cruelty-free! Buy/try... you will love it.

The formula has been remarkable since I started using it & the formula has been effective for a very long time! An inexpensive shampoo that smells great, cleans my hair and doesn't dry it out. Let my hair air dry and add a bit of argan oil from mid-shaft to the ends to tame any fly always. My hair smells and looks great.

I saw a commercial for this product and wanted to give it a try. My daughter has unmanageable hair. Her hair is curly and tangles at every wash. I do see a noticeable difference in the amount of curls; BUT it does not perform as well as advertised. I was hoping it would make her hair sleeker and less frizzy.Other than that, it smells okay and clean as any other shampoo. If your hair is frizzy you may be disappointed. I didn’t notice much shine either. We will continue to use the product and update.UPDATE: The shampoos continues to work better the longer we use it. I love the silky feel of my hair!

This product is incredible. My time spent in the shower washing my hair used to feel like a chore but not any longer... now I get to feel smooth silky hair run through my fingers each and every day while using this shampoo. And not only that, but I also no longer receive snide comments and hate mail for my unruly hair. Now people are complimenting me like crazy (from a socially appropriate distance) and wishing they could come closer to smell my hair. This shampoo is life-changing!

I have used this shampoo for over a year. it has made my fuzzy baby hairs stay in control . I no longer have dry ends . It leaves my hair soft and smells nice . I wish i would found it sooner .

I love this shampoo. My girls both have long hair and this keeps their hair healthy and shiny. It smells so good too. My girls love it! I use it with the conditioner.
