Took a while looking around for some decent bird spikes as I’ve installed solar panels on my wall so needed to put a row of spikes on the top which would do the job well and will last for years. Can’t comment on the latter yet but I can tell they’re excellent quality and very tough plastic.Did surprise me that they came in such a small box ( I got 4m) but of course you have to assemble them. There were two ways of putting the spikes in so I hopefully choose the best all round defence as you can see in my photos. It looks like you get loads but the only downside is there only 25cm lengths where double would have been nicer but it’s ok.So, highly recommend decent quality item so don’t bother looking any further as I’ve done the work for you! lol ;0)

Work really well easy to assemble but a little bit awkward to fit as I was using the screws I used long nosed pliers to hold the screws to start with great

Stuck round the edges of my garden, particularly in the place my neighbours cat keeps crapping. Definitely works as it can't do its business there anymore with the spikes in the way.

Good value and does the job

These need a little time and patience to put together as they come flat packed. However, they do exactly what they are supposed to and are easy to fit. You may need to get a few more screws as they only provide two per section and for me that wasn't enough as my fence top was not level. I have purchased these three times for three different places and the birds have never come back to perch or indeed defecate! Recommended.

Good spikes but to long, needed for window sill, to long couldn’t open windows

Have not fitted them yet, but they look like they will do the job. Our poor neighbour is having all the bird poop on her side of the fence. Totally unfair, seeing we are the ones feeding them!!

Wish I’d done this a long time before now.Every day I was scrubbing the ground of bird poop. As you can imagine, a pigeon sitting and that height, and pooping… it was awful.This happens no more.Easy to fit and not actually very visible (I didn’t want it looking like a prison entrance). Nobody even notices it.I bent the end ones to fill the gap. I was a little worried I’d find something impaled on it… but luckily the local creatures seem to know not to land on spikes.
