You will never go back to a regular file.
If you have a Dremel or similar rotary tool and have a chainsaw...these are invaluable at sharpening your chain to a razor sharp cutting edge. They would also work for sharpening knives and can even work on things like glass. Order multiples because they don't last forever but you will likely get 10 or 12 sharpenings out of each. The even bigger plus is that it is faster than the best file out there. Match the diameter of these to your present chain. I use the 5/32 inch for three different saws.

Multi-use sharpening is a breeze
These stones are great for all kinds of sharpening. I don't have a chainsaw but I do have a band saw and other tools. I sharpen shovel points, pruners, garden shears, sling blades (some folks call it a Kaiser knife), lawn mower and edger and more. Does a quick job. Just keep the tool moving or it will wear in an hourglass shape. Use a high speed. It takes me about ten minutes to sharpen a 12' bandsaw blade so it cuts like new. One pass on the inside of the tooth is all it takes. There are videos available

Work as discribed.
Grinder D's well, sharpens chain teeth easily fast and fits into teeth, right size. Bad, wabbles when you don't Chuck it up to the grinding surface. Will be getting some larger ones later for the bigger chain.

Nice sharpeners
I use these to sharpen chainsaw chains, you can easily do it with the chain on the saw, takes only a minute or two. Works well with my Dremel tool. Easiest way I know of to quickly sharpen a chain.

Throw away your file and get these!
Cutting up 8 tree stumps with hidden dirt and rocks. They are lasting me a long time as I have to sharpen after and during every cut. use with Dremel med speed free hand, very quick.

Easy to use
These bits fit the dremel tool perfectly and make sharpening my chainsaw chain a breeze. I've used the first bit twice on an 18" chain and it does not seem to show any sign of wear. A great tool to have for the avid chainsaw user !

Disappointed
I used it to widen 4 mounting holes in the aluminum storm door. A small job and I was disappointment. Slow progress and they did not last - diamond grits came off so quickly.

Durable tool
These are very sturdy. I've sharpened 20 chains with the very first one and it shows little or no signs of wear.
