My boyfriend and I bought these because we love the raspberry flavor and they help us fall asleep so fast. Upon opening the bottle to the Elderberry flavor, I was overcome by a stench that smells like the worst blueberry candle you can imagine. In addition, the texture of these are very sticky unlike the raspberry flavor and the smell linger on your fingers. Since we had already purchased these we decided to give them a try against our better judgement. While gagging in bed I can only be reminded of getting my mouth washed out with soap as a child. These are a sick joke you would give to a kid just to see their reaction and hopefully fall asleep a little sooner. I would rather eat the booger flavored Harry Potter jelly bean than another Elderberry Unisom sleep gummy.

Puts me right to sleep! Within 30 minutes I'm feeling loose and able to fall asleep relaxed and wake up the next morning feeling as if I actually rested. Highly recommend these!

So, I like the unison products I purchased in the past for sleep and with this one, it was something new.These made me feel kind of "shot out." They put me to sleep but leading up to actually falling asleep, they kind of made me feel weird, almost delusional and paranoid in a way.I did not mix them with anything else except some vitamin D3, and zinc gummies.The one time I took them was the only time I took them and haven't taken them since.However, I will try them once more and if the same symptoms happen, I will probably stay away from them altogether but in the meantime, my first go at these wasn't a great experience so if you are on the fence on whether you should buy these or not, I'd say definitely do more research first about them and the decide.Me personally, first time was a weird feeling kinda like what I assume a hallucinogenic does to one.However, I could have been overtired as well because I work alot but once I try them again, I will continue this review about them.In the meantime, do research before purchasing if looking for something to help with sleep.
