Electrosocket Jack Plate for Telecasters - Polished Nickel Finish + Switchcraft J11 Mono Jack

This is what Fender should be using.
How Fender has made it this many years with such a crappy input jack plate design is beyond me. This is such a significantly better design. I use them in my own builds as well. Awesome design.

Great fix for my tele
Some reviews have complained that this part fit poorly, but it fit my nineties Era Japanese Tele perfectly. Other reviews have complained about the jack not being correct and also found that not to be the case, threaded right in. No more buzzing, very happy.

Worth the hassle
Soooo much easier and more reliable than Fender brand

Best jack socket for telecaster
Electrosockets are the only thing I use on my telecaster builds and repairs. Far superior to the stamped jack cup in function and appearance.

Better than the original
Leo should have done it this way from the start.

My experience
Fixes a common Telecaster problem if you're not worried about originality or authenticity.

Looks good, but not correct.
The good:The socket part looks perfect, works perfect, just what I needed for my Telecaster. The bad:The jack that is included doesn’t fit. It’s too big.I didn’t need the jack, just the socket, thankfully my Tele’s jack was the correct size for the socket.

Very Solid and Well-Made Electrosocket and Jack
This switch feels excellent in a Tele style guitar I built. The switch and cup plate both feel heavy and solid and when you plug the 1/4 in. cable in it just clicks in with authority. I am going to buy another one of these to replace the cheap jack on other guitar just because this one just feels so good when you plug it in.
