The instructions are a waste of paper and time! Could’ve been a lot easier to put together but after a couple hours it came together and was beautiful. Not sure how long it will hold up and it’s not as good as my last chair but much prettier and very comfortable!

Client discomfort while shampooing. Does not recline back far enough to rest neck during shampoo.

Nice chair, beautiful look but here are the few issues I’ve had:You literally get one sheet for directions and it doesn’t really tell you how to put them together.You get a bunch of pieces & hope that it’s right.Cleaning them is hard especially inside the seat and the stones inside start to rust after wiping them so often especially with covid it’s something to think about.The hydraulic pump isn’t heavy duty & move around as you work & if sat in wrong could be bad. I would’ve expected better for how much I paid.One of my chairs the hydraulic pump is defective and goes down if pumped up slowly and makes a annoying noise while doing so.I think the chairs nice, look amazing but are actually made cheap and should be cheaper for small but important reasons

The chair is nice, I was not as large as I had hoped. A piece on the arm was chipped off, and the lever that sits the back of the chair backwards is on the opposite side then described. Also the lever was bent, had to take it apart and have someone bend it.

I love my purchase of this chair. The color is like a rose gold/bronze. This chair was easy to put together by myself and is very comfortable. I can’t wait to have my clients sit in this chair.
