a game changer for wrist and forearm strength
I’ve been using the Wrist Strengthener Ball Forearm Exerciser for a few weeks now, and I’m thoroughly impressed with its performance. It’s a compact yet powerful tool for anyone looking to improve their grip strength, wrist flexibility, and forearm endurance.Pros:Build Quality: The device feels robust and well-made. It’s clear that high-quality materials were used, ensuring durability even with regular, intense use.Ease of Use: The startup cord makes it easy to get the ball spinning. Once you get the rhythm, the gyroscopic motion takes over, providing consistent resistance.Performance: The exerciser provides a versatile workout. Whether you’re an athlete, musician, or just someone looking to rehab a wrist injury, this tool delivers results.Portability: Its small size means I can take it anywhere — perfect for squeezing in a workout on the go.Fun Factor: Beyond being effective, it’s genuinely enjoyable to use. The challenge of keeping the ball spinning adds a gamified element to my workouts.Cons:Learning Curve: It might take a few tries to get the hang of starting and maintaining the motion, but the included instructions are helpful.Noise: While not overly loud, the spinning ball can create a bit of noise, so keep that in mind if you’re using it in a quiet environment.

New Exercise tool for weak wrist.....
New Toy in the House for SENIOR's old hands.Toy works, no Batteries needed. Just wind it up, n twirl it like crazy. Comfortable grip and vibrates hand. Just what I need after 8 hours on keyboard.Color lights flash like crazy. Great toy, had similar one in the 1980's until it got stolen.

Very Disappointing
Very disappointed. Once I got it wind up, it worked beautifully but 45 second later it stopped spinning. I had to repeatedly re-wind it to get it going again. Not worth the frustration...easier just to use hand weights.

Perfect rehab for wrist
Wrist Strengthener Ball Forearm Exerciser Auto-Start Wrist Gyro Ball, Lotorr Ball Used to Strengthen Arms, Fingers, Wrist Bones and MusclesI broke my radial bone completely. My hand therapist highly recommended this as part of strengthening my wrist. The first week I could barely hold it for the full minute as my grip was so weak. Perfect rehab.

Metal on plastic causes wear with extended use
Extremely amusing toy to have at a desk job. You get what you pay for though. Wore out after just a couple months of use but I enjoyed it while it lasted. Not sure if it actually strengthens your wrist or promotes arthritis but you can definitely feel the burn when you get it going extremely fast.

Works like crazy!
The media could not be loaded. Didn't think it worked that well at first. so it sat there for a few weeks. Today I was waiting for water to boil and picked it up.. for some reason this time it caught on....this thing works like crazy I can barely lift up my fork to eat-- this only after a few seconds!Don't ask me how it works I just know that it does and will spin forever if you don't stop it. I used muscles I never knew I had.Switched hands multiple times and it was still spinning at full speed. I'd need to do 200 reps with the grips to get what this gave me in 30 seconds but grips get boring after like 20 squeezes. It's just fun to use to you keep going and before you know it you can barely keep holding it.10 out of 10!
