We are new to sailing and racing. This book is a great resource to have when a question comes up. It is waterproof too!

Nice to have the current rules
Purchased this to have the current rules. It has a bit of a coating on the cover making it splash resistant. The spiral binding makes it easy to flip to any page. Conveniently small, without having had shrunk the text too small. Nice foldout flag/signal section in the back.

Work with several RC committees. Training for PRO position. Very good to have the rules along with you through all weather conditions among other resources.

Knowing the rules of sailboat racing
Every sailor needs these rules whether you race or not. Sailing is an art and being knowledgeable is tantamount to being a good sailor.

Definitely get the this water-proof version. For a few dollars more, you have the peace of mind.

Expensive, but you have no choice but to get it.

Great revision
Bought it for my husband's Christmas stocking. He has a PRO seminar to attend. He loved the new study guide.

Looks like a Grade C version of the book with defective front and rear covers
It is a water proof copy of the book but not gift quality. The front and especially the back cover are scuffed and have discolored marks.
