I get so many compliments when I wear this skirt. It is just adorable, comfortable and flattering.

This skirt is really beautiful. I love the ruffles, the mermaid silhouette, the heavier material and how it feels as it brushes against my legs. Beware, though. As all the other reviews have noted, this skirt is VERY long (44"). I'm 5'5 with a 30" inseam and must pull the skirt nearly up to my bra or fold the waist over 2-3 inches. With that adjustment, I can wear my 3" stiletto heels or my 2" Victorian boots and the skirt will hit the top of my shoe and barely clear the floor. Tucking a shirt into the skirt might look ok with the folded over waist, but it looks great with a shirt or corset that goes over the skirt. It does run a little big and since it stretches, I would go with a size smaller than you might think you need. I bought both the medium and the small (I've got a 30" waist with 36" hips) and the small is about right (although I could almost do an extra small if they had it). Returned the medium and kept the small. Really gorgeous and fun! Oh! And shipping was VERY fast - I got it within two days of ordering and didn't pay anything extra.

This skirt is absolutely gorgeous . The material is very substantial and well made. I wish it was a little shorter in length because it's almost too long for me. I'm 5"2 and to wear this I must wear heels.

The material is great it’s comfortable but I struggled with the sizing. I could have gotten a size smaller but chose to keep what I had because the skirt is super LONG. I’m short 4’11” but geez I could put my whole body in it lol! I’m a little heavy in my mid section thanks to 3 beautiful children but the skirt covers it well reason one why I kept the size I ordered. Reason 2 I knew off the bat I would need to get it tailored and boy oh boy made me love the skirt even more!! I wasn’t expecting it to be stretchy but that is good in my opinion. **picture credit to my 4 year old!!**

I am usually a size 4-6, so I ordered a medium in the dark grey. It's made of a soft heavy material. It was just too large for me and though I have wide hips, I feel the skirt is meant to be more fitted to your body because of the stretchy fabric. The skirt is heavy and pulls down as I walk. I am returning and buying a smaller size.

I bought this for my daughter and it is an absolutely beautiful skirt! It is long but she is only 5 foot 3 so you have to wear heels if you are a shortly like her.

I wasnt sure if i should get a medium or small. I am 5'3" and fluctuate from 115-125lbs. I got the medium. It was way too long but all sizes r 44 length. I could have taken the bottom up by 4" but decided to wash/dry it first. I am currently 115 but if i got the small i dont think it would stretch to 125. The wash/dry took off the 4" and it is a bit tighter now. It is fine. It does have a lot of give so it will stretch. It is very heavy thick matterial but stretchy.
