This is the third ratchet belt that I have owned and by far the best. Great quality leather, easy to use buckle and a great price. I would buy another but they are sold out.

Impressive quality for the price. It's true to be careful when cutting the leather as I frustratingly cut too much off, I emailed the company to ask if I could just purchase the leather and they gave me a 50% code instead. Great product along with great and attentive customer service!

The belt looks great and is very well made. I had to knock off a couple stars though because the description says that it can fit up to a size 48 waist but at the first "click" it is very tight. I am a size 42 so a belt that was made for a size 48 should have fit me very well. I was looking forward to wearing this belt but I am very disappointed.**Update**The seller contacted me quickly to resolve this issue for which I am very grateful. If you are a size 38-40 or below this is definitely a 5 star product and you can buy with confidence.

I had one of the first Ratchet Belts and have since been using that primarily. The original design had a push-lever on the bottom of the buckle but every time I wash my hands or lean on my desk, the belt bumps the counter and gets loose. A little annoying but I got used to it.I received this belt expecting that it will have a similar design but it doesn't. The lever is actually around the buckle and you have to lift out to loosen the belt. Perfect! I guess all the feedback from earlier customers were definitely listened to.The ratchet design is such a cool concept. As you tighten the belt, it clicks in every .25 inch giving you the most perfect fit! Better than the traditional holes! The ratchet part is about 7.75 inches so definitely plenty of room. The leather feels nice and looks good. Real leather here and not PU! The buckle is brushed but I did notice some scratches which revealed a polished surface underneath. I figured over time, I would be bumping the buckle so the tiny scratches didn't bother me. Design is nice and looks well either with dress pants or jeans.Cool factor with the ratcheting action, and great way to loosen a little, especially after a big meal! haha!

This is a very high quality ratchet style belt, the design is very clean and, good for a minimalist.The release lever that is tied into the design of the belt works exceptionally well, and releases incredibly easy, allowing quick adjustment, or releasing of the belt.All in all, a top quality product, and a great gift!
