I have a very good word to say about Snugl which has to be the best customer care I have ever received. Firstly, after having bought a Snugl for our eldest daughter age 8 to try which she loved we bought a second one for our youngest age 4 which we found had an issue. Having reviewed the product, Snugl contacted me with an explanation into what had happened and how they were rectifying the issue. They then refunded me and sent a replacement for the faulty one along with an adult one by way of apology and to make up for having had a bad experience with the one I bought. Really impressed with this product. Excellent packaging and arrived very quickly. Fantastic quality. Took a little while once first opened to get to its full size but they are perfect for my 8 and 4 year old and enables them both to sleep comfortably and at length on long car journeys. Will be looking at an adult size one for myself when we next fly. Love the included travel bag with clip.

It help the kids to support their heads very nicely during a long car trip overseas (no stop). Kids love it.

Bought this for my9 year old daughter as we do a lot of travelling in the car and she loves it! Really comfortable and easy to use, she can put it on herself with no help from an adult.It provides fantastic support if sleeping and even uses it in the house when watching tv or reading books!
