It's a just okay camera. It was easy to install, it is a pain to use the solar panel as you have a cord hanging down that looks tacky. Seemed to work great for about a month then it started to work on and off. It's motion range detection is so wacky as I can stand right in front of it and nothing...then a my dog walks by and it goes off.I have not been able to get The memory card to work so i dont have playback/recording. I do like how I can see LIVE so when im away from the home I can see whats happening. Basically you get what you pay for so if you are short on cash and need a camera quickly then this will do the job.

The camera do exactly what they advertised the pictures quality great night vision works well the motion alert sometimes give you alert 5 min delay I believe because it's on dormancy by time it get back onlin send messages that's what cause messages to be late other than that if you ever so often looking at your camera it update

Checking the quick start guide, the WIFI password used in your network can not use special characters, @#$ for example. So the instructions from there was to reset your WIFI password to not use special characters and then install the camera.In other words, degrade your networks security and reconnect everything else on your network that can use special characters with the password that's a little easier to hack please.Very disappointed this information wasn't in the description. Had high hopes for this unit.27 April 2022: The vendor contacted me and said they addressed the password issue I had brought up. They sent me the product again to try and I was able to get it connected to my WIFI now. Special characters and all. I haven't had a chance to mount it for actual use trials yet. But so far so good.

5 stars if there was a phone number for customer service.. The camera's are great!! I bought 2. Picture quality, zoom, and the fact you can move the lens in almost any direction is truly step up from previous camera's I've had, I also LOVE the solar power feature so you don't need a continuous power source. The app works well ish ,, with no wifi connecting issues thus far. I've had a few issues with instant notifications (Which to me is the MOST important, and kind of the point of the purchase.) But, I'm sure this can be figured out if I could just speak to someone.

We love the quality of this camera. The picture quality and video quality is beautiful. The night vision is just as great. I love that you can adjust the sensitivity, the volume for the intercom, and a few other functions. The cons? Well the app is questionable. I wish there was another app that we could use for this camera. There is no way to adjust some of the functions for video capture such as length of time. Sometimes it will capture properly and other times not at all.
