Hats in the BelfryBelfry Vega Flat Caps in Black Grey

Beautiful hat(s), very high quality...but (like another reviewer I found helpful but took the chance), I unfortunately bought two (the Vega and Rob Roy) for about $75 together and they are both too LARGE. Like a dummy, I thought maybe I could get some "shrink" out of it in the dryer, killing my chance to return them both and try smaller sizes. I got XL on both, since I've purchased MANY of these sorts of flat hats online, and XL is my size. The ONLY thing I'd criticize outside of my own fault, the Rob Roy is a bit of a shallow cut (height) and would work fine (at the right size) worn a bit further back on the skull. This VEGA has a bit deeper a cut and though too large, can still at least be worn well. I like to wear mine a bit low in the visor, which does not really work for these two hats. I am likely to take this VEGA to a tailor and see if it is possible to take in about what I can tell 1/4-1/2"However, if you are a much smaller size, the crown of the hats may be consistent and therefore fit nicely. Again, great quality, but just unlucky on my behalf and depends on what your overall style is!

I hate buying hats. I was very apprehensive to buy such an inexpensive one after a much more notable brand failed to deliver a good one.Perfect fit, nice and streamline like I like. I bought the black one and the grey one. The quality control is a bit off, as the grey fits better than the black, but honestly I have no real complaints out of an $11 hat.

I gave this cap three stars only because it's somewhat large for me. It's well made, it looks good, it appears exactly as it does in the pictures. But, while my other Belfry cap fits like a glove, this one (the same size) does not. I really like the cap -- and I'll exchange this one for another like it, I like ti that much. If it had fit, I would have given it 5 stars in a heartbeat. The detail is flawless in this cap; it's very stylish and would look nice dressed up or very casual. I'd suggest to anyone looking for a duckbill to try this one, but be very sure of the fit.

This would have been a sharp looking hat for me, but it was just snug enough that it was uncomfortable. I ordered an XL, and I am bummed that they don't have a bigger size. If you are a 'tweener on your size, but the next larger. You will look sharp, and I will be jealous. Hopefully I've helped you. If you can help me with suggestions on where to find a similar hat that is larger, please leave me a comment below.

Had my first one for 5 years and it finally gave out tonight. Absolutely love this hat, I’m back to buy another.

The hat looks great, the lining on the inside is comfortable and classy and it fits me like a glove. My hat size is 7 1/2 and I got an XL. Perfect fit.

The hat is good quality but it is not what I expected. The size says XL, which is the size I always wear, but this one doesnt fir at all. It might be XL in diameter, but it's very shallow and fits me like a beanie.
