Customer service alone makes the product with buying
So as products such as this can take some time to see results I will be reviewing the customer service of earthworks health LLC and will follow up later with product result review. The shipping company had issues delivering the package. But with just a email to E.H. they were able to get the product coming back to me. I also had questions regarding application rate and how best to apply; all of which were answered with expert knowledge explained in such a way that everyone can understand. Bottom line is that the customer service is second to none.

Misrepresenting the product and bad customer service.
Product says u can make liquid humic acid, but it will not dissolve in water. Hot water, stir it-doesn't matter. Misrepresenting the product. I emailed them about and didn't get a reply yet. Even if u put it on the ground as granular, water will only wash it away. What's the point. Very, very disappointed. Would not recommend this product unless ur a chemist. Would not recommend the company either.
