Very small not enough for one scoop of protein

Some of you aren’t that bright…
TLDR: if you actually use supplements regularly, it’s a fantastic bit of kit.Now. The rest of you. Some reviews on here are semi-functioning garbled messes that talk about how “erm da bottom unscrews but da top also does, why is dis huh? 1 star”. It’s almost as if the design was deliberate! The bottom is wide and unscrews to allow for easy scooping of anything from whey to creatine. The top is the size of even the smallest topped sports bottle and so works to deposit the contents. It’s not hard… it’s really, really not hard. This product is brilliant and saves carrying a tub of whey or the tub of pre workout. Buy it, you won’t regret it.

Super cute, keep my creatine in there. I would recommend however attaching the karabiner and the little ring to whatever you put it on for double safety in case it falls off or someone tries to steal it...

Products get stuck in the lid/screw on top
Products always get stuck in-between the lid and the container therefore always product lost. However very durable and lightweight.
