It’s so sharp. Cut right through paper like butter. I tried cutting some onions and was able to cut very thin. The handle is perfect for me. Everyone is different! But I can hold it all day with ease. I just wish it came with a cover. For now the knife goes back in its box when not in use. Now time will tell how long until the knife starts to wear with everyday use. I will update this review after I use it some more.

After discount and coupon, got this knife for around $11 and free shipping. Well built and extremely sharp knife with 15 degree angle on both sides of the blade, making it easy to slice veggies and meat. For comparison, most western knife blade angle is at 20-22 degrees. I like this knife so much, I ordered a second one for reserve.

Very good knife for a fantastic price. Over the years I have owned quite a few chef knives and paid substantially more for them than this knife. I can honestly say it competes with knives three or four times as much, is very well balanced and holds an edge for a long time. I’m as surprised as I am happy with this knife, the value is almost hard to believe. If you’re looking to buy a chef knife and don’t want to spend $100 for a professional knife, you can’t go wrong with this one.
