I can hang this from my belt containing a couple of insulin pens in a Frio Cooling Wallet, a small ice pack as a backup, and needles & alcohol wipes for the day. It is less bulky than my previous solution, but it is still quite a bit larger than a cell-phone or similar belt accessory.I wore it all day at a home show and only got one question about it, so I guess it isn't too distracting ...I'm glad I got it.

I really like the design of this product, and that it's easily labeled on the front. I also like all the pockets and the medical info pocket on the backside. However...the one they sent me looked used. The plastic pocket where the medical card goes, had tons of smudges all over it and it didn't look new...I had to get a refund through the Amazon chat service because they said it was not "replaceable."
