It is small but it is very loud and paired nicely with my other speaker. I have the larger model of the monster 270 and it sounded great together! Just what we wanted

We use this in our backyard. Sound quality is good, and battery life is great. I was just hoping it would be a bit louder. If you like to blast it loud it might not be for you. We kept it because we rarely turn it up all the way. So very happy with it but it gets four stars for the loudness capability.

I've never written a review before, but I've tried other brands that were comprable to the Monster Rocker Sport 270. All had good sound but on the other the FM tuner would hardly pick up any local stations. The Monster has great sound & reception when kicking back around the campfire

Okay speaker. I had mine for about a year and the battery went out. When I contacted customer service they told me without the warranty they can’t even sell me a replacement battery or anything

Easy to connect to and plenty of volume

Years ago i purchased an ION tailgater 50 watt speaker (similar concept to this) and have loved it. Super loud and sound quality was great. I needed a speaker for a gym we put in at work so figured i would go with a higher wattage - this is 60 watts and saw the monster brand and figured this is going to be great. i was shocked as to how low the volume limit is on this thing is. I have a Bang & Olufsen Beosound A1, (different stratosphere of quality, i get that), which is about twice the size of a hockey puck. That little speaker gets louder than this thing. A standard flatscreen tv's speakers may actually get louder than this speaker which is quite large. Returning it for another ion speaker.

I got this speaker for working in a warehouse. I can hear it over conveyors just fine and it makes the time pass much faster. I just got a new phone (without aux) and couldn't play music in my car without bluetooth. I took this speaker on a 20 hour one-day drive and it lasted the whole trip. You won't shake any walls with the volume, but it is definitely loud enough for out in the yard, on the road, or near machinery.I've only had it for a few weeks, but have not had any issues with battery or recharging yet as others have mentioned. But I will definitely update if I do, that was the one aspect I was worried about.
