I got these Vitamin E Softgels (400 IU) 240 softgels, Supports Immune Health & Antioxidant Activity, 240 Day Supply in recently and work great.I’ve been having some skin issues so I decided to start taking a vitamin E supplement and this one works good there easy to swallow and you get a ton of these 240 days worth so you got enough to get you through 2/3rds of a year which is outstanding. Vitamin E is good for all kinds of things including- Reduces heart disease risk- Helps skin- Helps cognitive function- Improves lung function- Has antioxidantsJust to name a few. The bottle is also sealed air tight when it arrives which is a must in my book for any supplement.Overall this is a quality supplement with a ton of servings in the bottle.I would recommend these

I like that the softgels are easy to swallow and are, in fact, smaller than another brand. The price was excellent. I will not know how effective they are until I have taken them for at least a month.

My physician recommended that I take 800 mg of vitamin E every day, and so I thought that I would try these. So far, they have been working well and have no negative effects on my body. For the price, you are getting a lot of E, and you take two a day, giving you quite a few months with these vitamins. The capsules are small and easy to take, and of course, as such have no flavor. I think that anyone who needs to use Vitamin E should give these a try, and I would recommend them to others as well as purchasing them again for myself.

Enjoy the inside then chew the yummy container. OK I'm weird!! These are so cute. I was doing 1000mg giant long ones.What's nice about this is it's 240 day supply. Nuts. The last round I got was only 1-2 months.The price works out to be only 9 cents a day and it's going to be a LONG time until you need more.
